New Nondiscrimination Notices, 'And Justice For All' Slides Available

March 10, 2026

Submitted by Jennifer Wilson

The K-State Extension nondiscrimination notices were updated last fall; the ‘And Justice for All’ slides have been updated this month. The new versions are posted on the Employee Resources Civil Rights website.

The nondiscrimination notice should be used as directed on the website.

New guidance: Flyers and program announcements posted on social media do not need to contain the long version of the nondiscrimination notice for events if the long version is available for viewing in the “about” section of your unit’s social media profile.

USDA-NIFA requires that the ‘And Justice for All’ posters be displayed in all local units and departmental offices as well as frequently used meeting locations. If a program is provided at a location where no posters are displayed, you must bring a temporary copy of the posters or display the slide during the presentation.

This is an important way we communicate our nondiscrimination policy and inform the public about how to file a complaint, if necessary.

Please contact the Office of Extension Operations for hard copies of the ‘And Justice for All’ posters or with any questions.
