This week’s updated publications include information about different 4-H projects as well as a series of Spanish translations about safely preserving foods in your home.
Aerospace/Rocketry Project. 4H1182. Patsy Maddy. In the Kansas 4-H Aerospace/Rocketry project, youth turn curiosity into action by learning how science and math make rockets fly. From designing and building to testing and launching model rockets, participants gain hands-on experience with engineering, physics, aerodynamics, measurement, and data collection.
Entrepreneurship Project. 4H1183. Patsy Maddy. Entrepreneurship is about turning your passions into action. In this project, youth explore how businesses start, grow, and solve real-world problems while building creativity, confidence, and leadership skills.
Fiber Arts Project. 4H1184. Patsy Maddy. The Fiber Arts project invites youth to explore traditional and modern techniques for creating clothing, accessories, and decorative items from fabric, yarn, and thread.
