What can we learn about remote work from a national education support organization?
Former K-State administrator Stephanie Bannister is president of FirstGen Forward, an independent non-profit organization supporting first-generation college students. The FirstGen Forward Network includes 472 colleges and universities across 47 states.
Bannister provides leadership for her distributed team across the nation from Manhattan. She will present “Scaling Impact Remotely: Lessons leading a National Network” on Remote Work Wednesday on May 13.
Remote Work Wednesday is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 12 noon. The purpose is to explore the opportunities and challenges of remote work.
