Whether you're new to the Kansas Leadership Center or have already completed one or more KLC trainings, we need your help.
Please take one minute to complete this brief three-question survey, whether or not you have participated in KLC training. Your response will help us better serve our system and connect colleagues with future learning opportunities.
A limited number of K-State Extension-sponsored scholarships remain available for 2026 Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) training. Opportunities are available for the first two levels of the KLC Leadership Path:
- When Everyone Leads (1 day), and
- Your Leadership Edge (2 days).
If you have been considering KLC training — or are ready to take the next step on the Leadership Path — now is the time to register. Learn more about the KLC Leadership Path at https://kansasleadershipcenter.org/the-klc-path.
The K-State Extension scholarship code is KSRE2026. Participants are responsible for travel expenses and any required course materials.
Do you have a community partner who would benefit from KLC training? Consider recommending a local partner such as a board member, PDC member, coalition participant, elected official, volunteer leader, or other engaged community member.
Community partners may apply for a scholarship through this form: https://bit.ly/KLCLeadershipPath
Since 2019, K-State Extension has partnered with the Kansas Leadership Center to provide agents, specialists, and staff access to KLC's nationally recognized leadership curriculum. To date, our staff and partners have taken advantage of 191 KLC courses. Participants develop practical skills for navigating challenges, engaging stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and making progress on issues where people may hold differing perspectives.
