Wanted: Ag Agent to Join New Agent Coaching Team

A recent departure has created a vacancy for an agriculture and natural resources agent on the new agent coaching team.
Our team of new agent coaches works hard to develop a system that provides adequate support, advice and coaching for our new staff. Coaching team members work with new agents in one-on-one and group settings, and by helping new agents network with other colleagues who can aid in their training and development.
Coaches receive an annual add-pay stipend of $2000 and can serve two two-year terms on the team. Current coaches are Monica Walker, Melissa Thimesch, Anna Muir, Sonya Murphy, Tristen Cope, Tara Solomon-Smith, Carol Ann Crouch, Will Morris and Lane Wiens.
