This resource, developed in partnership between K-State Extension Community Food Systems and the Kansas Department of Agriculture, helps food businesses navigate the procedures they need to sell their products in Kansas.

Understanding Growing Degree Days: Temperature Limits and Their Role in Crop Growth and Development. MF3740. Aleksey Sheshukov et al. Temperature is a major environmental driver of nearly all aspects of crop growth and development. Understanding crop temperature requirements and managing the impacts of temperature limits is crucial for optimizing crop productivity and resilience to climate variability.
