This week’s updated publications include a guide for volunteers working with food and a new guide to help producers manage beef cow nutrient requirements.

This training is not intended to be comprehensive. It is expected that users will continue to expand their research-based food knowledge to help reach current and untapped audiences with information on enjoying food in delicious, safe, and healthy ways.
