If you were unable to attend last week’s quarterly Extension Programming professional development webinar, a recording of "The Subtle Shift in Messaging that Changes Everything" is now available on the KSE Employee Resources self-directed learning webpage (eID and password required).
In this presentation, Judy Bingman, chief storyteller and creator of Extension Insider, shares practical strategies for strengthening program marketing and communication through transformation-focused messaging, problem-solution messaging and audience-centered communication.
This webinar is part of an ongoing professional development series designed to strengthen extension professionals' ability to communicate impact, engage audiences and tell the extension story more effectively.
In addition to Judy's presentation, recordings of the following quarterly Extension Programming professional development webinars are also available:
- Elevating Your Extension Impact: Communicating Data-Driven Needs and Public Value (January 2026), which focused on situation statements, needs assessment, public value communication and effective reporting of extension impacts.
- Demystifying AI for Extension (April 2026), which explored artificial intelligence tools, ethical considerations, and practical applications for extension professionals.
All three presentations can be accessed through the Professional Development section of the K-State Extension Employee Resources website (eID and password required).
Whether you are revisiting a session or catching up on presentations you missed, these recordings provide valuable tools and ideas intended to equip extension professionals to meet evolving community needs with purpose, confidence, and innovation.
