Mark your calendar to attend the retirement party for K-State Extension food scientist Karen Blakeslee, who has worked 26 years for the university.
This will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the new Western Star Global Grain and Food Center Atrium (south entrance of the building) at the corner of Claflin Road and Mid Campus Drive in Manhattan.
There is no charge for parking on campus after 5 p.m.
