Shout Out: Regan Gleason, Sedgwick County 4-H
August 25, 2026
Submitted by Gregg Hadley
This week, the Shout Out is from Stephanie Hays, Sedgwick County Extension 4-H youth development agent, and is sent for Regan Gleason, 4-H Youth Development Summer Enrichment Program coordinator.
Stephanie writes:
“A huge shout-out to Regan Gleason for stepping in and taking the lead on the Summer Enrichment Program! Regan did an amazing job keeping everything organized, communicating with 4-H agents across the state, and making sure the program ran smoothly. As someone going through the Summer Intern School Enrichment program for the first time, I especially appreciated how responsive, helpful and clear she was throughout the entire process.
And she isn’t slowing down; Regan already has the applications ready for next year’s Summer Intern School Enrichment program. Thank you, Regan, for jumping in, taking ownership, and making this experience so successful for agents, interns and ultimately the youth we serve. Your hard work is truly appreciated!”
Regan -- thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Extension.
If you know of a colleague or team of colleagues who deserve recognition for a job well done, why not nominate them for a Shout Out. Simply send their name(s) and the reason for the Shout Out to ksreshoutout@ksu.edu.
