K-State Extension is pleased to announce the search for an Associate Director for Extension Field Operations, a key executive leadership position that will help shape the future of extension across Kansas.
Based in Manhattan, this role provides strategic leadership for local extension operations statewide, supports organizational excellence and civil rights compliance, and strengthens the partnerships that connect Kansas communities with K-State's research-based education and outreach.
The associate director will work closely with extension professionals, governing boards, and community stakeholders to ensure extension remains responsive, innovative and impactful in all 105 Kansas counties.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about public service, organizational development and strengthening communities through the land-grant mission.
