ASI Updates Planned for Sept. 29 in Hillsboro, Oct. 6 in Dodge City

K-State Extension agents are invited to attend one of two animal science updates in the coming weeks.
Please RSVP by Sept. 22 for the eastern location (Marion County Fairgrounds in the Foods Building, 445 W D. Street, Hillsboro); and by Sept. 29 for the western location (Western Kansas Expo Center, 11333 Highway 283, Dodge City) to Katie Smith at katiesmith@ksu.edu.
Agendas for both locations are similar and can be found on Teams. Please arrive by 9 a.m. for coffee and conversation, followed by a formal program will begin at 9:30.
Come meet new ASI specialists Josh Flohr (swine) and Rebecca McDermott (feedlot), learn about multi-species grazing, water quality guidelines, and more. A feed mill tour is planned for both locations in the afternoon.
