We spend a lot of time talking about artificial intelligence. This month, Jason Coleman’s going to show us how to use it!
Coleman, academic service professor and K-State's very own AIBrarian who lives at the intersection of good questions and good tools will be joining us on Sept. 25 for the Friday AI Day session, "Practical AI: Show Me How You Do It!"
Jason will pull back the curtain on how AI can help you make your day-to-day workflow more efficient — the prompts, the shortcuts, the small habits that turn AI from a novelty into a genuine time-saver. Less theory and more "so that’s how it’s done!”
Whether you're AI-curious or already tinkering, you'll walk away with something you can use on Friday afternoon.
Bring your questions — better yet, send them early.
We are working with Jason to tailor this session around the participants. After you register, you’ll receive a pre-session survey where you can drop your AI questions, sticking points, or "I've always wondered how to…" moments in advance. Jason will work them into the demonstration with the thought that the best sessions are the ones that participants help shape.
