Financial Wellness Program

Most individuals and families have formal or informal financial goals. By talking with consumers, researchers have identified four elements of financial well-being.
These elements are:
- Having control over day-to-day, month-to-month finances.
- Having the capacity to absorb a financial shock.
- Being on track to meet your financial goals.
- Having the financial freedom to make the choices that allow you to enjoy life.
The K-State Research and Extension Family Finance team supports the financial well-being of individuals and families with money management programs and resources.
