Community Assessment Resources

Your community—and its needs—are unique, so we designed an assessment pathway as a roadmap for moving forward.
An assessment of a community helps participants to identify their local assets and express their perspectives and priorities about the community's issues. The assessment helps community members to consider possible improvements and create strategies for beneficial and sustainable changes.
Contact our Community Vitality team to discuss the best place to start. We’ll ask some questions and do a lot of listening. We look forward to hearing from you!
